Jude Takes Chicago

After successfully making it to church twice and the grocery store once, Jude and I thought that boarding a 777 with hundreds of unsuspecting people sounded like a good next step. With Mark away for a full week trip and spending the final three nights of it in Chicago, the windy city sounded like the perfect target. Jude was quickly initiated into standby travel as the first three flights we tried for, all directs, went out full. I decided a change of course was in order and boarded a flight to, drum roll please, Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Jude's very first flight! 7 weeks old.
He did very well, sleeping most of time and only crying the last few minutes. He had just spit up on me here, but since he didn't wake up, I was perfectly happy.
We had our own row! Fantastic and unheard of.

Waiting for the train in Chi-town to go see Auntie Debby. Can't believe I didn't take any other pics in the city, or with Deb! darn.

Jude's cage at the hotel. Mark asked, "what did you expect? a wooden crib?" Guess I did.

Happy in the big bed.

Nothing like a bath in a hotel sink. Sanitary I'm sure.

Everybody loves a good sleeper. Even TSA.

Very first flight with Daddy (Daddy was a passenger too). Since Sioux Falls worked so well, we headed back to Denver via our new favorite Dakota town.

Mom interrupts the fun.

Only later did I realize that "turn off all electronic devices" probably includes cameras.

Till next time....

FANTASTIC! Jude....I have a feeling that you are going to see and visit more places that I have ever been in 34 years of life! I am so happy the travels went so well and the pictures seem to capture his spirit perfectly! Love to you!
