We are officially closer to the one year mark than the newborn stage. How'd that happen?! 6 month highlights:- Appreciates the finer things in life: plastic bags, electrical cords, drinking bathwater
- Teasing mommy by grabbing her glasses and swinging them in all directions. Has also made a failed attempt at grabbing a stranger's glasses.
- Sitting solo for 10-15 seconds before gracefully toppling to one side
- Exclusively rolling in one direction: right to left from his belly to back. Crawling is likely still a few months out.
- Fallen a little in the size rankings, though still a BIG boy! 27 1/2 inches long (90th percentile), 20 lbs. 9 ounces weight (92 percentile)
- Not sleeping. 'nough said
- Getting his first tooth! Upon discovering this small sharpness earlier this week, we made a special trip to the store to buy teething tablets. I couldn't have been prouder, it was as if we were off to buy Big Boy underpants. ahhh, motherhood. Now the reality of teeth in an exclusively breastfed baby (solids didn't agree with his system so they're on a temporary hiatus) is setting in!
