Victor. Month One.

We've had one month with this darling.

One month of newness.  One month of this little person who we hardly know, this little mystery.  One month of his three basic facial expressions: paranoia, surprise, and downright ticked off.  One month of this tiny-big guy who owns real estate in our hearts.  One breathtaking, sacred, tiring, beautiful month.

We struggled naming you, Victor.  We'll struggle through a lot of things.  For better or worse you're part of this crew. And though you've been welcomed into our family with eye poking, "squashing," and lots of "wake up!" from Luke, you're treasured. You don't know how much you're loved.  But then again you'll never know that.  Welcome little buddy. Welcome.

You're here!

And that umbilical cord stump is still with us.

Daddy reported you liked your first bath.

They had been waiting for you.

Big brother kits included cameras

Just a few hours after your birth with Gigi

And Nana too!

Both your grandmothers were here.  Pretty awesome. Then they both went jet-setting, one across the Atlantic and one across the Pacific.

First venture outside our room

Did I mention you are loved?

So very loved.
