It's no secret that I'm not terribly good keeping current with this-here blog. So, here's my shameless piggyback on Evan and Alicia's conscientious nature. See
here for one great visit with some great friends. The only thing I'm gonna add is how much I wanted to keep Scarlett (ok, and her parents too) around.
Then came Halloween. And with it the only type of performance that Jude is ever agreeable to in life: dressing up and accessorizing. Which is why I feel sorta badly about this costume: I took advantage. You see, I know Jude really would have loved to be
any animal, an airplane, a planet, etc. The disadvantage on his end was that he didn't actually know that these options existed. Sorry, buddy. However, he did appear to truly enjoy this costume. He even got into the beard, and telling people "I a Garden Gnome." Considering it was likely my last executive decision in the Halloween department, I'll let my guilt go. But I still may be hiding these pictures someday...

With Anna. Lost all the candy from his bag while running around. Happily replaced it with rocks.

Watching other people perform while he non-participates.

Now Jude really never has a chance with Ellis.

Looks like a great time was had by all! So glad you found that costume for him. He fits it perfectly. Perhaps he could wear it to a trip to AuSable?
These pics are awesome. I'm so looking forward to visiting you all! Hope I can get down there on the 18th!
He is the cutest garden gnome I've ever seen!!
That last one made me laugh out loud :) It's funny because when I was scrolling down through the pictures I was like, wait a second, who's Anna? :)
I just showed my mom this post and before we even got to the end, she said, "Now who's Anna?"
That's hilarious...he's going to just love you for these pictures some day ;)
Um...I'm going to go ahead and say that Jude should be a garden gnome every Halloween from now on! He's perfect!
